Reflection Moment

Ingredients:

One to two cups of understanding (as needed)
Several cups of real forgiveness (no substitutions)
An extra measure of patience
Several spoonfuls of love
A cup overflowing in joy
Several helpings of “time”
Several teaspoons of laughter
Several cups of prayer
An extra helping of faith
Add a generous amount of kindness and good thoughts (adds the right amount of sweetness)

Oven: warm with passion

Make sure you put a lot of understanding in first, then comes forgiveness. This should help the patience to stick when added. Beat out all of the bad faults and negative habits that could make the mixture lumpy.

Add several spoonfuls of love which should produce a nice consistency as the joy is added. Add some “time” for yourself (not optional) and mix thoroughly. This really adds to the flavour.

Fold in prayer and faith to lighten the other ingredients. Roll out to a nice balanced level and keep firmly in place with persistence. Sprinkle with laughter until everything is smooth and not sticky. Next add a generous amount of kindness and good thoughts for the right amount of sweetness (otherwise “life” can be a bit tart).

Place in a warm oven heated with passion. Check regularly to make sure your life is progressing well. Your “life” probably won’t look quite done when you take it out, but don’t let it ever get overdone. Once cooled, you are in for a great life!!
