God has blessed, strengthen and added to us in 2009. As we labor as your representatives here in Vanuatu, we are continually reminded that it is indeed “...not by might nor by but by my Spirit saith the Lord.”

of lives to Jesus Christ.

The opportunity to see many restored
to physical health because of our clinic
work.
Grace Baptist School’s continued
growth from 6 to 137 primary kids.
Trials
Robberies

FRUSTRATION many delays of materials, tradesmen and finances in building
Auto accidents - no one hurt.
Death of family and friends
Conflict between Christ and Kustom.
Malaria– Lynn twice Steve once. Many

What's
Ahead In
2010

We are very excited to see what the new year brings. We know that it will bring it’s share of joy, sorrow and yes, even frustration. Yet, we know the Lord will prevail and conquer because He’s the one that gives the victory.
Pray with us. We know that with the school’s continued growth we must build four more classrooms for 2011. Building cost continues to escalate. We have a desperate need to win the young as over 60% of the population is under the age of 15. Pray for them to be established in the faith. We have seen three more school families coming regularly this year. A couple of those parents need to be saved. Pray much for their salvation.
Our teen youth group continues to grow spiritually, in numbers, salvations and baptisms. Pray God will touch these hearts for a life of service to him.
Our co-laborers return in January. We give thanks for Ari and Jim Hirtzel and family as they faithfully minister with us in winning the lost in Vanuatu.
Give thanks and rejoice with us over all the Lord’s blessings in 2009 and the ones just waiting to come in 2010.

Romans 8: 37 reminds us that “we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.”

Prayer and Praise

Prayer– God’s protection on our church members as they travel to their home islands for the holidays.
Praise– We should see the classroom extensions finished by Christmas.
Prayer– Our exchange rate is really very poor. We have seen our buying power decreased by 18% since our return from furlough.
Prayer– Salvation for Alick Jeffery.
Praise– We held a film night to inform our people about SDA church. We had over 80 in attendance. There has been a positive response.
Praise– Prayer The church elected Leith Veremaito as a deacon. Pray for power and wisdom for him as he serves his Lord and his church.
Prayer– That the Rerereman family will make the necessary decisions and follow the Lord in baptism.
Prayer– Lynn and I must go to New Zealand for medical care in February. Steve for a check up and Lynn for surgery to correct a prolapsed bladder.
Praise– Ari and Jim have set their return date, January 17, 2010. Help is on the way! Amen!
Prayer– We will need a second vehicle when the Hirtzel’s return and have to give them back their truck.
Prayer– Four more classrooms are necessary for the start of the 2011 school year.
Prayer– A teacher for class two and one to train for class 6.
Praise– We thank God for your faithful prayers and financial support and holding our lifeline in 2009. Pray for an even bigger harvest
next year!
