BURGLARS ARE IN THE HOUSE:
Our sincere apologies for the lateness
of this newsletter, we lost all our computers and
electronics during a recent burglary! About five weeks
ago, on a Sunday afternoon as we sat down to rest we came to
the realization that we had burglars in
the house with us! As quickly as it began it
was over, leaving us with an empty office and missing all
our Church operations equipment. They had waited in
another room for us to settle in and grabbed all our office
equipment and personal belongings and fled. Thank the
Lord, no one was hurt. We lost all our office
equipment and have had to borrow to get this newsletter our.
We nee about $3200 to set back up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Please send in care Walkers: Special Needs - Thank you
adead of time, Dalton & Paulette

MOUNTAIN HIGHS:
Recently we celebrated our 10 year
anniversay at our Onehunga work (in the
Aukland area) and were privileged to see
almost 200 in attendance that morning - 19
in our 6x12 nursery! What a tremendous
blessing! We had hoped for 140 - but
were once again shown tha God's plans always
exceed our vision. The icing on the
cake was when a couple from down the
street that we had invited several times
came and accepted Christ with broken hearts
that morning. On top of that, three
additional people have made appointments
with us to come to their jhomes and speak to
them about Christ. Please pray for us
as we make those visits this week. God
is moving here in this young work.
Praise the Lord! |

VALLEY LOWS - A FIGHT FOR OUR
CHURCH'S VERY SURVIVAL:
Another reason for the lateness of this
letter is that our
Church, on its 10 year anniversay, is facing
a life and death battle with the local
government. Although we
own the buildings, our property sits on what
is called "Council Land". Overnight
the Council has raised our monthly rates
from $386.00 a month to $4,200 a month - we
found that news out the weekend of our
Church anniversary! That is a huge
increase of over 1,230% ! We have gone
from roughly $4,000 a year to well over
$50,000 a year in tax increases.
We struggle to make the monthly payment now.
If we cannot get this overturned it could
destroy everything financially. We
would have to walk out of the buildings,
allow local government to pssess them and
still owe the banks $135,000 USD.
Please pray for us that we can get this
overturned. Newspapers are getting
involved, local radio is getting involved
and we desperately need everyone to be
involved through prayer. We believe
God is working through all this and our
hears desire is to be in tun with what He is
doing. Thank you very much |

URGENT NEED: As a result of
our growing “Evangelism (tract) Distribution
Ministry”, coupled with our “Food Distribution” we’ve been
in desperate need of a trailer to handle both literature and
food. Last term we handed out 65,000 Bibles alone! We
normally distribute between 4,000-5,000 tracts, fliers and
literature every month. With our sending Churches approval
we’ve taken out a loan for $3,500. for this much needed
trailer and gone ahead with it. One Church has given
$1,000.00 already. We still need to
raise $1,380.00 WILL YOU PLEASE
HELP ? Please mark your donation -
“Walkers: Trailer Needs” Thank-You !!
